Its inspiration comes from ethical core values which have been structured into the company policy. The group had been started by Mr. Johar H.S from a trading business of multiple products pertaining to the industries of oilfield & marine in 1983. The group had been restructured in the year 2012 and since then, it has been expanding at a phenomenal rate throughout Middle East, CIS and Indian regions.
